I did it. I walked at a brisk pace for a solid 30 minutes or 2 miles depending on how you want to look at it. I felt good. I was proud of what I had accomplished and and ready for more. 2 days later my abs are still a bit sore, but nothing I cant live with. I did it. I walked 2 miles.
