In the past ten years I have been up (240) and down (135) the scale time and again. This time I am on the 'up' side of the scale. I want to loose the weight. I figure the humiliation of putting this on the internet and the friends that I have told of this to hold me accountable just might make this happen. It is going to take a lot of encouragement and support. Not to mention the hard work on my part. Follow my struggle here.

Well after week one

Weight has stayed the same.
Caloric intake has improved. And I did meet my 4 days a week exercise goal, even exceeded it. I did really good on my diet until the weekend. And I was still better behaved than I normally would be. I have cut out my pretzels with cheese and my cheese fries at the rink. Mothers day was a bit of a diet bust since we went to Petes Place. I had loads of bread and toasted ravioli (YUM). Over all I don't feel that I did that bad. We walked alot at Rooster Days and at the Talons Game Saturday.
